Under King Nebuchadnezzar’s decree, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to worship a golden image. As a result, they were thrown into a blazing furnace. In an extraordinary display of divine power, the three were seen walking unscathed among the flames, accompanied by a mysterious figure believed to be an angel or a divine manifestation.
