With Pharaoh’s forces in relentless pursuit, the Israelites found themselves trapped between the sea and the advancing army. At this desperate moment, God instructed Moses to stretch out his hand over the waters. In a magnificent display of divine intervention, the Red Sea parted, forming walls of water on either side.
The Israelites crossed safely on dry ground. When the Egyptian army attempted to follow, the waters returned with a mighty surge, swallowing them up. This miracle underscored God’s protective power and His unfailing commitment to deliver His people.
